Who should attend?
Anyone who feels that a support group may help them to better deal with the death of their child. Mothers, fathers, parents' siblings, friends, and grandparents have come to the meetings. Knowing that there are others who have felt similar pain can be very beneficial. Grief is an extremely difficult journey.
What should I expect?
The meeting itself is informal and is guided by grieving mothers. You do not have to share during the meeting, but it is our hope that you will eventually feel comfortable enough to talk about your child with us.
Do I have to talk?
No. In fact, you may want to wait until you have listened to others talk, or even until another meeting.
